What we never do
- No upfront fees unrelated to a closed transaction — our commission is earned only when a deal completes, at the agreed percentage.
- No handling or custody of transaction funds — payments between buyer and seller always settle directly between the principals.
- No circumvention, and no disclosure of NCNDA-protected deal information to third parties.
- No inflated mandates — every opportunity we list is backed by a written letter of authorization from the resource or project owner.
