Project details
The Republic of Congo government is seeking an international strategic partner to develop a 200 MW solar photovoltaic power plant under a 30-year power purchase agreement. The project requires the partner to bring capital and EPC capability — building and operating the plant, with electricity offtake guaranteed by the government at an agreed tariff. Scope includes PV modules, inverters and electrical equipment, mounting and tracking systems, optional storage, full EPC delivery, commissioning, and local training. MOHENG holds the relationship at minister level and is actively brokering introductions to qualifying Chinese partners. Preferred profile: enterprises with at least one 100 MW+ solar project delivered in Africa or an emerging market, or institutional investors willing to co-invest alongside an EPC contractor.
